Kakatsitsi includes some of the top singers, drummers and dancers from the Ga tribe of Southern Ghana. The recent addition of a strong dance element, to complement the already outstanding line up of master drummers and singers, has established Kakatsitsi as the leading African traditional group in the UK.
The group's music is an exhilarating and exuberant mix and their name Kakatsitsi is the Ga word for "self-energisation" – come and experience it for yourself!
