Seating plans are available to view on-line and for events with reserved seating, you will be able to select your own seat.
For events marked as unreserved, tickets may be booked in advance but seats are obtained on a 'first come first served basis'.

To Book More Events:
If you have booked the tickets you would like for one even but would like to add another, just click 'My Basket' or click the 'back' button twice.
Problems with website pages:
If your page doesn't refresh or you have last years Festival information on your screen: This is due to your 'cache' history and You will need to delete it.
Go to the Tools icon on your web browser (normally a spanner icon top right hand side of screen), select 'Tools' then 'Clear browsing data', a pop up will appear - click 'Clear Browsing data', make sure 'Empty the Cache' is ticked and click OK. Wait for it to finish. Once cleared go back to www.newburyspringfestival.co.uk, click refresh and try again.
Cant find a seat number:
You may need to click on the seating plan to get through to the page with the icons which enable you to choose a seat.
If an event is sold out, you may like to put yourself on the returns list at the box office. Quite often we will be able to get a ticket for you closer to the date. We will do our best but it isn't guaranteed. If you would like to go on the returns list, for the event you would like to see, please call the box office on 0845 5 218218 or you can email nsf@cornexchangenew.co.uk
We may contact you to offer you tickets and offers for other events going on during the festival.
Make sure you state the event you would like to go to and the date it is on.
We use many beautiful and historic buildings for our events which have their own idiosyncrasies. Churches may have a restricted view of the platform in some seats due to the pillars. Pews can be hard and you are welcome to bring a cushion. Venue maps available on request from the Festival Box Office. Click here to view our current venues.

A limited number of unsold tickets for concerts at St Nicolas Church may be available on the night for £5. These will only be available on the door.
Students and unwaged (jobseeker’s allowance) £2 off full ticket price. Accompanied children under 16 half full adult price (except family concerts). Wheelchair users and the visually impaired receive a free companion ticket.
10% discount will be given on groups of 10 or more, booking 24 hours or more before the concert.
The Festival regrets that tickets cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase. The right is reserved to substitute artists and to vary programmes if necessary. It is regretted that in the event of alteration no refund can be made.
Friends of the Newbury Spring Festival booking 6 or more concerts, or tickets to the value of over £150 are entitled to a FREE programme book. A voucher will be sent which can be exchanged, in person, at any Festival event, the Festival Office or Box Office (restricted to one per Friend).

The Festival suggests a minimum age of 5 years when children accompany adults and requests children are supervised at all times during the concert.
