Coronavirus (Covid-19)

For the very latest guidance on what to expect when visting the Festival this September, please read this page: https://www.newburyspringfestival.org.uk/whats-on/visiting-the-festival/

In the case of a show being rescheduled all customers will be given the option to transfer their tickets to the new date. However, if this new date does not work for the customer a refund to the full value of the tickets will be offered. Please note that once you have accepted tickets for the rescheduled date the standard terms and conditions of sale will then apply.

In the case of a customer becoming unwell with Covid-19 or having to isolate due to Covid-19 and therefore no longer being able to attend their planned event, a refund for the full value of the tickets will be offered. This only applies to those who are unwell and isolating and those in their household isolating with them; for any other tickets on the booking the usual terms and conditions apply.

Any customers displaying symptoms of Covid-19, either before entering or whilst in a Festival site, will be asked to leave immediately, along with any other members of their household, and advice given for them to follow government guidelines. Customers asked to do this will be offered a refund to the full value of the tickets. This will be arranged via phone or email the day after the incident.

Waiting List

If an event is marked as “Sold Out” on the website, please contact the Box Office to be added to the waiting list. Tickets often become available for events later on, even last minute and the waiting list will be contacted as and when tickets become available.

Souvenir Programme

The 160-page full-colour Souvenir Programme gives detailed information on each Festival event. It is on sale for £5 at the Box Office and at all venues from the start of the Festival. It can also be ordered in advance with your tickets; a voucher will be printed with your tickets, to be redeemed at your first event.

Souvenir Programme for Friends

Friends of the Festival who book six or more concerts, or tickets to the value of over £250, are entitled to one FREE Souvenir Programme. Please request this at the time of booking.

Free Tickets for Under 30s

We are delighted to have a new scheme in place to encourage the next generation of Festival audiences. Thanks to the generous support of the Greenham Trust we are able to make tickets to certain events completely free of charge for anyone under 25 years old. Events that have this option are clearly marked on the relevant page, and you’ll see under the ticket pricing information the words “Free for Under 30s” and the logo shown below. In each case there are a limited number of seats available for the performance that can be taken up and used by those under 30. Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
