DESCRIPTION:NB. This is a change to our printed Festival Guide. \nThe Festival is delighted to confirm the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra to replace the Russian Philharmonic Orchestra. The programme remains unchanged\,  with an evening of popular romantic favourites from Russia and Finland.
