The Wiener Kammersymphonie is a chamber ensemble which performs regularly in Vienna and around the world. The group brings to its audiences a vast musical repertoire from the Classical, Romantic and Contemporary periods, bringing out the very best of the Ensemble’s members.
This evening the Quintet will play some of Beethoven’s most celebrated works, in arrangements by Vincenz Lachner, that explore the core and essence of the music, while retaining the unique character of Beethoven’s genius, albeit with reduced numbers of players.
