Tie in your appreciation of the musical arts with some appreciation of the visual arts. Our Open Studio scheme for 2023 covers west Berkshire and north Hampshire and there is sure to be a practicing artist near you. Go on the lookout for painters, printmakers, jewellery-makers, sculptors, ceramicists, textile artists and furniture makers. See the red arrow signs and banners when you travel around. For the month of May 6-29th our accredited artists open their doors for visitors. Everyone is welcome, of all ages. Check the website for location and times of opening: www.open-studios.org.uk . It’s a chance to ask questions, get curious, spend time with the artists in their studios. When you clock up several visits to artists’ studios and group shows you may be in for a bonus treat, by entering our prize-draw. The prize is £100 towards the purchase of a work of art!
