A Taste of Germany at the Vineyard: the Behn Quartet
More tickets just released!
Our journey of wine and music continues to Germany this year. In an evening of two halves, the wine tasting will be followed by a recital by the Behn Quartet.
Winners of the Orlando International Chamber Music Competition, the Behn Quartet is currently an Associate Ensemble at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. They take their name from Aphra Behn, the 17th Century playwright, activist, and philanthropist of the arts.
They will be performing two German string quartets, Beethoven’s early quartet in C minor and Schubert’s delightful one-movement Quartettsatz.
