Young Artists Recital 3: Trio Doyenne

Trio DoyenTrio Doyenne Newbury Spring Festival ne is an internationally formed piano trio comprised of three young emerging artists. Monika Masanauskaite (piano, Lithuania), Michelle Dierx (violin, Belgium) and Shannon Merciel (‘cello, USA) began their journey at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2017 and have since gone on to perform across Europe as a trio.

Continuing the international theme, for this recital, the trio will combine two works by the French composer Lili Boulanger with Brahms Trio No.1 Op.8, originally composed in Germany and first performed in Poland.
