We’re delighted to be curating a new event for the Festival in 2026. Celebrate the joy of singing together at a whole-day festival showcasing the best of Newbury and the surrounding area. This relaxed, family-friendly event brings together amateur choirs across genres – classical, gospel, pop, folk, jazz and more – for a day of performance, connection and community.
Audiences will be welcome to come and go through the day, enjoy refreshments, and soak up a programme full of diverse voices and inspiring leaders. There are no tickets for the day, but a retiring collection will be taken in support of a local charity which will be accounced nearer the time.
Choirs – call to take part
Are you in a choir, do you want to be part of this day of singing? We’d love to hear from you! Amateur choirs from Newbury and beyond (!) are invited to apply to perform a 20-25 minute set. Places are limited.
