One of our dedicated Festival Supporters is taking on an epic challenge at the moment – aiming to walk 2000 miles in 8 months.
Some of you may have already met Simon Coates, he’s a long-term supporter of the Festival, and indeed has worked in the office in the past and edited the Festival Programme book. He’s undertaking a huge personal challenge at the moment walking 2000 miles in 8 months raising money for charities that are close to his heart. The Festival is one of the lucky charities to benefit from his ambitious challenge.
He’s half way through the time now, and has so far walked 1045 miles – just ahead of schedule. If you see him out and about around Oxfordshire and Berkshire do say hello to him!
